De Villa
Deze fraaie rustieke villa is gelegen in de rust van het platteland nabij de mooie stranden van Praia de Falesia en Praia de Vilamoura, beide op 6 kilometer. In de mondaine badplaats Vilamoura treft u tevens de levendige haven en gezellige boulevard met haar vele restaurants, bars en boetiekjes. Vilamoura geldt, met vijf 18-holes golfbanen en de bekende golfbanen Vale do Lobo en Quinta do lago op nog geen 15 kilometer afstand, als het hart van het golfmekka in de Algarve. 

De villa beschikt over 4 slaapkamers voorzien van airconditioning, 3 badkamers (2 ensuite), woonkamer met open haard, volledig ingerichte keuken, hal en fraai aangelegde buitenkeuken met barbeque. In het compleet ingerichte gastenverblijf (ook volledig voorzien van airconditioning) achter op het perceel met eigen badkamer, woonkamer en keuken is nog plaats voor 4 extra gasten. De diverse terrassen bieden plaats om lekker te rusten in de schaduw of in de zon aan je teint te werken. De vele fruitbomen waaronder citroen, sinaasappel, vijgen, amandel en peper geven de omgeving een extra landelijke uitstraling! Proef er gerust van..(afhankelijk van het seizoen!)
Het ruime zwembad van 10 x 5 meter brengt de nodige verkoeling op warme dagen. Zonnebaden kan op een van de comfortabele ligbedden. Onder de carport is plaats voor meerdere auto's. Kortom alle ingrediënten zijn aanwezig voor een fantastische vakantie!

The Villa
This beautiful rustic villa is located in the tranquility of the countryside near the beautiful beaches of Praia de Falesia and Praia de Vilamoura, both 6 kilometers away. In the fashionable resort of Vilamoura you will also find the lively harbor and pleasant boulevard with its many restaurants, bars and boutiques. Vilamoura is, with five 18-hole golf courses and the famous golf courses Vale do Lobo and Quinta do lago less than 15 kilometers away, as the heart of the golf mecca in the Algarve.
The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, hall and beautifully landscaped outdoor kitchen with barbeque. In the fully furnished guest house (also air-conditioned) at the back of the plot with its own bathroom, living room and kitchen, there is room for 4 extra guests. The various terraces offer space to relax in the shade or to work on your complexion in the sun. The many fruit trees including lemon, orange, figs, almond and pepper give the area an extra rural look! Feel free to taste it.. (depending on the season!)
The spacious swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters provides the necessary cooling on hot days. You can sunbathe on one of the comfortable sunbeds. There is room for several cars under the carport. In short, all ingredients are present for a fantastic holiday!
